Order Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days after payment is successfully completed.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or Chinese public holidays. During peak seasons, promotional periods, or unexpected order volume increases, processing time may be slightly extended. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you by email.

Most orders are shipped from China.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the mainland United States only.
At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations outside the United States.

Current standard shipping rates for mainland United States orders:

Orders from $0.00 to $49.99: $8.00 Standard Shipping

Order Tracking
After your order is shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Tracking information may take 2-5 business days to become active after the package is dispatched. If your tracking information has not updated after this period, please contact us at service@jshangwalk.com.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Orders shipped from China to the United States may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, or other charges required by local authorities or carriers.
Unless these charges are clearly included at checkout, any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or related fees are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not collected by JShangWalk and may be collected by the carrier or customs authority when applicable.
Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
JShangWalk is not responsible for delivery delays, failed delivery, or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information provided by the customer.
If a package is returned or requires reshipment because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees.
Lost, Delayed, or Undeliverable Packages
If your package appears to be delayed, lost, or undeliverable, please contact us at service@jshangwalk.com with your order number.
We will help review the tracking information and work with the carrier when possible. Resolution options may depend on the carrier investigation result and the order status.
